KleanSwipe Payment Terms and Conditions

These Payment Terms and Conditions apply to purchases of subscriptions, one-time products, and other paid features offered through KleanSwipe. They supplement the Terms of Service. If there is a conflict relating specifically to a purchase, these Payment Terms control to the extent permitted by law.

1. Products and Pricing

KleanSwipe offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans:

Prices are stated in U.S. dollars. The price, currency, billing period, included features, and offer eligibility displayed by the App Store before you confirm payment control if they differ due to local pricing, taxes, or marketplace updates.

2. Payment

Purchases made in the KleanSwipe iOS app are processed by Apple through your Apple ID account. Payment is charged when you confirm the purchase. Taxes, foreign-exchange fees, or other charges may apply according to your marketplace account and local law. KleanSwipe does not receive your full payment-card details.

3. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

The Weekly Membership automatically renews at $5.99 per week after the 3-day free trial unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the trial or current weekly billing period ends.

The Annual Membership is charged at $29.99 when you confirm the purchase, does not include a free trial, and automatically renews at $29.99 per year unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current annual billing period ends.

Your Apple ID account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. The renewal price is shown by Apple before purchase and in your subscription settings, subject to any notice required for price changes.

You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings. Deleting KleanSwipe or ceasing to use it does not cancel an active subscription.

4. Free Trials and Introductory Offers

The 3-day free trial applies only to the Weekly Membership and only to subscribers who are eligible under Apple’s rules. Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the Weekly Membership automatically converts to a paid subscription at $5.99 per week.

The Annual Membership costs $29.99 per year and does not include a free trial. Payment is charged when you confirm the annual purchase.

Any unused portion of the Weekly Membership free trial may be forfeited when you purchase another subscription, where permitted.

5. One-Time Purchases

A one-time purchase provides the entitlement described on the purchase screen. “Lifetime” or similar wording means access for the supported lifetime of the KleanSwipe product or feature, not the lifetime of any person, device, or company. Availability may be affected by platform changes, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the Services.

6. Refunds

Apple controls billing and refunds for purchases made through the App Store. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, all purchases are final and KleanSwipe cannot issue an App Store refund directly. You may request a refund from Apple at https://reportaproblem.apple.com/. Approval is subject to Apple’s policies and applicable law.

7. Restoring Purchases

You may use the in-app restore-purchases function, when available, while signed in with the Apple ID used for the original purchase. Some entitlements may require network access for validation. Contact us if a valid purchase is not restored.

8. Price and Product Changes

We may change available plans, features, or prices. Changes to an existing subscription take effect according to marketplace rules and any required notice or consent. A change does not affect rights that have already vested under applicable law.
