1. Scope of Service

KleanSwipe provides a photo management and cleaning tool. By using the app, you grant us the necessary technical permissions to interact with your device's media library.

2. Photo Deletion & "Recently Deleted" Album

You understand that the app does not immediately permanently erase photos. Photos are moved to the iOS "Recently Deleted" album. It is the user's sole responsibility to:

• Review photos before the system purges them after 30 days.
• Ensure critical photos are backed up elsewhere (e.g., iCloud Backup).

We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from user actions or system-level purges.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the then-current rate unless canceled in your iTunes Account Settings.

Refunds: All billing is handled by Apple. Refund requests must be directed to Apple Support. We cannot process refunds directly.

4. XP System & In-App Items

XP and swipe credits are digital-only features. They are not currency and have no cash value.

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the XP rewards system at any time without notice.

5. Intellectual Property

The app's design, code, and original content (excluding your photos) are our exclusive property and are protected by copyright laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or that data loss will never occur.
